4. Payment Terms

A deposit may be required before work commences, with the remainder payable upon completion of the service and prior to the return of the furniture. Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your service agreement or quotation. We accept various payment methods, which will be provided upon request.

5. Lead Times and Completion

Estimated lead times for projects will be provided at the time of quotation. These are estimates and depend on the complexity of the work, material availability, and current workload. Cardamom Comfort will endeavor to complete all work within the agreed timeframe but will not be liable for reasonable delays outside of our control.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

Cardamom Comfort guarantees the quality of our craftsmanship for a period specified in your agreement, typically covering defects in workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or issues arising from materials supplied by the customer that are not fit for purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

While Cardamom Comfort takes utmost care with all furniture, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions or inherent weaknesses in the furniture not disclosed or reasonably discoverable prior to service. Our liability for any damage caused during the service will be limited to the cost of the repair or the fair market value of the item, whichever is less.
